Delivery Zone & Fees

• UK Mainland ONLY
• Using Royal Mail, DPD, ParcelForce Or Evri Tracked Services
• Delivery of Chilled/Frozen items takes place in insulated cold-chain packaging
• Orders over £65 enjoy FREE Delivery.
• Orders less than £65 in value will attract delivery charges based on weight and between £3.99 — £5.99

Cold-chain delivery

Chilled and frozen items shipped with insulated foil bags + frozen gel ice packs. UK Mainland via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Tracking

Tracking number emailed to customer when order dispatched.

Damaged or lost

Email [email protected] within 24h. For chilled items received above 8°C or damaged, send photo + order number, we replace or refund without question.

Order cut-off & delivery times

• Orders before 12:00 noon UK, Mon–Fri packed same day
• UK Mainland: typically 1–2 working days
• Sat/Sun orders packed Monday
