What data we collect

When you place an order, we collect: your name, delivery address, billing address, email, phone number, and order details. Payment card details are never stored by us — they are processed directly by Stripe.

When you create an account, we additionally store a hashed password.

When you use our website, we may collect technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via cookies. You control this consent via the cookie banner.

How we use it

We use your personal data to: fulfil your orders, communicate about your orders, send marketing emails (only if you have opted in), comply with legal obligations (including HMRC records), and prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

Order and financial records: 7 years after the last transaction, as required by UK tax law. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days. Account data: until you request deletion, then deleted within 30 days (subject to financial record retention).

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary data with: Stripe (payment processing), our chosen couriers (to deliver your order), Cloudflare (DNS and email routing), our accounting platform (Sage), and HMRC (legal compliance). We never sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct your data, delete your data, export your data (data portability), restrict processing, and object to marketing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] We will respond within 30 days.

We use cookies to run the website (essential), to remember your cart (functional), and with your consent to analyse traffic (analytics) and serve ads (marketing).
